Sanatan Bhumi (sanatanbhumi.org) is run by an individual in New Delhi, India. This policy explains what information we hold and why.

When you only read

This site uses no tracking cookies, no advertising and no third-party tracking scripts. It is served by Cloudflare, which may keep standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) for a limited time for security and to run the service. If Cloudflare Web Analytics is added later for visitor counts, it is cookieless.

When you write to us

If you email us, we receive your name, email address and message. For a consultation you send your date, time and place of birth, and for palmistry with astrology, photos of your palms. This information is used only to answer you and to give the consultation. It is kept for twelve months after the consultation and then deleted, or sooner if you ask.

Your information is never sold. Payments are made through UPI or PayPal and are governed by those services’ own policies.

Books

The Gurukul books are sold on Amazon and Google Play. Purchases there are governed by their privacy policies; we receive no personal information about you.

Your rights

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask to access, correct or erase your information, withdraw consent, and raise a grievance. Write to [email protected]; we reply within thirty days.

Children

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under eighteen. Consultations for children are arranged only through a parent or guardian.

Changes

If this policy changes, this page and the date above will be updated.
